Your hearing aids have the potential to enhance your relationships, improve your overall health, and allow you to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle. However, few things are more frustrating than a hearing aid that isn’t performing the way it’s supposed to....
Sivantos Hearing Aids
Werner von Siemens made a pivotal discovery when he built a telephone with a horseshoe magnet, which amplified voice signals in order to improve the device’s voice quality in 1878, transforming the manufacturing of telegraphic instruments and laying the foundation of today’s Siemens hearing aids.
The first BTE (behind-the-ear) instrument developed by Siemens was released in 1959, followed by the company’s first (ITE) in-the-ear hearing aid in 1966. Binax, the first hearing aid to outperform natural hearing, was introduced in 2014, accelerating the development of smart products and applications with practical benefits for people with hearing loss.
Siemens became Sivantos in 2015, producing a line of Signia hearing aids using Siemens’ technology. Its merger with Widex in 2019 gave birth to WS Audiology, a large-scale manufacturer of a variety of hearing instruments under various brand names.

Advanced Hearing Solutions From Sivantos
The most important innovation of Siemens is the Binax platform, capable of outperforming natural hearing in a noisy environment, which was supported by independent studies conducted by the University of Northern Colorado and the Hearing Center of the University of Oldenburg.
Binax performance is the result of its e2e wireless technology capable of stimulating binaural hearing by incorporating an eight-microphone network (four per hearing aid), which shares sound signal data to balance output. Siemens hearing aids also feature Narrow Directionality, Spatial Speech Focus, eWindScreen binaural, and High-Definition Sound Resolution to enhance the natural clarity of your sound experience.
Specialized BTE and ITE style devices for individuals with one-sided hearing loss, custom-fitting, and Bluetooth streaming are additional features available from Sivantos’ extensive line of hearing loss solutions.

Sivantos’ TeleCare Remote Support
TeleCare, accessed using your SmartPhone, makes it possible for you to keep your Sivantos hearing aid up-to-date and performing as designed by allowing you remote access to your hearing care provider for ongoing counseling and support without the need for an in-office visit.
