Dr. Maeve Salanger was born and raised in Binghamton, NY and received her bachelor of science (B.S.) degree from Syracuse University. Here, she double majored in psychology and communication sciences and disorders.

Eager to extend her studies, she then went on to receive her doctor of audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. It wasn’t long after that she joined Audiology Associates and made a lasting legacy on our team.

For Dr. Salanger, no one day is the same, as she is constantly multitasking and serving patients of all hearing ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds.

While her role can be difficult, as it requires an ability to keep up with fast advancing treatments, Dr. Salanger is always one step ahead of the game and likes to stay up to date with current research to best serve her patients.

From diagnosing hearing loss and balance disorders to managing tinnitus and validating hearing aid benefits, Dr. Salanger brings a wealth of experience to the team.

When Dr. Salanger isn’t changing lives, she enjoys reading, running, skiing, and spending time with her family and dog.
