Clean small practice. Dr Segiv is so patient and friendly. Receptionist is amazing and friendly. Dr. Segiv explained every test and every step she took. Our son started seeing her at 15 months and she was great with him.

Christina went above and beyond the call of duty or the scope of her position.
My wife and I picked up a hearing aid for my wife. In the course of the first evening wearing it, my wife took it out for the evening. At bedtime, I asked my wife for her device to place It on the charger, and she could not find it. To make a long story short, over the next several days, we took our home apart searching for her hearing aid. We had concerns that our dog may have chewed it up. In any event, after searching, I stopped by Audiology Associates offices, an relayed the story too Christina. Christina indicated that she would speak to her contact with the manufacture, and see what could be done to replace the hearing device for us. After several days, Christina called me to say, the manufacturer had agreed to replace my wife's hearing aid at no cost to us, and we could come by the office and pick it up.
You will never know what a relief it was to know that we would not have to purchase another at nearly $2,500.
Thank you Christina, Audiology Associates and the hearing aid manufacturer for helping two old people continue living life.

The front office is very nice and very helpful. The doctor was very understanding and very thorough, setting up my hearing aids to exactly suit my needs. Considering the cost of really good hearing aids I would expect nothing less.

Terrific experience. Dr. Gilbert kept the office open after hours on a Friday afternoon to fix my husband’s hearing aids. This was especially important to us because his children were coming for a visit. Even more impressive because we are new patients, having recently moved to the area. Dr. Gilbert saved the day! There Annapolis office was totally professional and caring and I like the way they handled the COVID-19 restrictions. Only one person in the office at a time.It was five times more professional than my regular ENT doctor they did an extensive hearing test with sounds and words unlike my regular doctor it’s just beeps and clicks.

Was in 4 weeks ago. Changes were made in hearing aid settings. Following the changes I had problems with sound level and just wasn't hearing as well. At appt. today they quickly changed settings back to what had been and it seems much better. The doctor was helpful, positive and I was very pleased with the result.

I stopped by the office this morning without an appointment. I couldn't get my iPad to go to hearing aid sound mode. As always they were so friendly and offered expert help on the spot!!! This practice gives expert professional care with smiles and kindness.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Audiology Associates of Annapolis at the Forest Plaza location. Dr. Leslie Gilbert provides the highest possible level of care and expertise. I feel so fortunate to have her as my hearing professional. She takes the time needed with each appointment, never feeling rushed. Its amazing to watch her meticulous work and then enjoy the awesome results in my hearing aids. Alysha does an equally great job running the front office and is also an absolute pleasure to work with. 5 star experience every time I go in. Thank you!

Very satisfied with my office visit. Dr. Gilbert was pleasant and efficient, answered all questions and took her time. There was some confusion about insurance coverage. Apparently, neither Medicare or BCBS will cover the ear wax removal procedure unless it's done by an MD. If it's done by an audiologist, it is not covered.

I developed Tinnitus on Thanksgiving day 2019. Dr Volpe was the 3rd Audiologist that I went to and was by far the most knowledgeable and caring. She took time to listen and made suggestions based on my health rather than just selling hearing aids. When hearing aids failed to help the Tinnitus, she was very flexible with return policy and helped me find my way to TRT. I will definitely be back when the time comes for hearing aids,

It began with the hearing tests a few years ago and then the decision two months ago to get hearing aids. The testing, the advice regarding what to get and what to expect was all right on. The fitting and set up of the app, etc. was all very easy. And then one of the hearing aids stopped working. I called, they had me come in as soon as I could. I arrived about 45 minutes later and the issue was fixed in 15 minutes. Before leaving I asked if the had extra storage box I could take with me. They handed me one and I was on my way. These folks are thorough, helpful and friendly. I really can't imaging it going any better.

I was experiencing blockage in both ears due to earwax and Leslie efficiently assisted me in unclogging them. The customer service provided at this location is great! Leslie attentively listened to my concerns and took her time, which was truly commendable. Additionally, the receptionist was also very kind. I highly recommend this place 👏🏽👏🏽☺️.

Very kind and efficient staff. Was able to get my son in for an appointment quickly and also able to complete all the paperwork electronically before the appointment. Dr. Gilbert was very kind and helpful and wrote detailed information for our ENT for us to take back to him. We would absolutely return if we need this service in the future.

I had no clue what taking my toddler to a hearing test would look like, but the staff made it a fun experience! Alysha, who checked us in, was warm and helpful. They have a little area with a Childrens table and coloring which kept my son occupied while we waited. Dr. Gilbert was an absolute angel!!! She was so patient and had a drawer of toys for little ones to help occupy them. I usually have to hold my son down to have his ears checked but her calm presence and patience made it so he was putting the instruments in his ear himself. I highly recommend!!!

I went to Audiology Associates today because I had a very bothersome earwax blockage. Dr. Leslie Gilbert saw me and took care of the problem in about 20 min. She was incredibly kind and I'm very grateful I found this practice. I will definitely be back if I have any future issues.

Full service audiology retail shop, staffed by friendly professionals. They did a great job testing my hearing, and explaining how the hearing aids work. They have answered all of my questions, and very quickly resolved a couple of problems I had with one of my aids. I've had my aids for over a year, and I'm very happy with this organization.

The doctor and staff are incredibly professional and wonderful down to earth people. My mother loves coming for her hearing aid checks and its honestly more like visiting friends than the sterile clinical feeling you get when going to the doctors. Highly recommend!
