I brought my 7 year old to this location today (Ellicott City, MD) and he met with Dr. Kincaid. She was AMAZING. He wasn't happy about having to go in on his day off from school, but as soon as she started talking to him he was smiling and felt more relaxed. He actually said he had fun there. Everything went well and I will recommend Dr. Kincaid to others. Thank you for great service!

I have receive the best care at Audiology Associates in Ellicott City for many years now. I am on my second set of hearing aids, which now connect to my cell phone, so that I can hear the person calling very clearly. The voice goes directly into my ear. I no longer need to strain my hearing to understand what the caller says. What a relieve!!!

I love this office. As soon as I walked in the door I felt warmly welcomed. The office beautiful and feels very homey. I was seen on time 🙂 The room was spacious and warm. Dr. Krutzits was very attentive. I felt seen and heard. The tests were thorough and comprehensive. She explained everything she was going to do and why. After the tests she walked me through the results making sure I understood. She shared with me some options on hearing aids and gave me honest guidance. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Thank you Audiology Associates! I can’t wait to be able to hear clearly again!

Dr. Kincaid is a wonderful person. She is very friendly plus a very fine doctor. She takes her time with you and keeps testing until getting the right results. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I do appreciate her very much and have confidence in her. Also,her secretary Angie is very nice and friendly. My wife and I recently went to Dr. Jennifer Kincaid at Audiology Associates in Ellicott City for a hearing screening and consult. It was a positive experience, and I thought I'd provide a review. Upon entering the office, we met the office receptionist, Louise, who was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made a favorable initial impression. A short time later, we were welcomed by Dr. Kincaid, who we also found to be warm, gracious, and very much current on hearing loss and hearing-assisted technology, particularly important in light of our interest in how advanced technology had changed for the better how hearing loss is addressed today. Jennifer's focus was on determining how it was that I was experiencing hearing difficulty, with an emphasis on how today's technology might address the issue. She conducted a hearing screening and follow-up review, as well as a detailed and comprehensive follow-up discussion on where and how I was encountering hearing loss. She introduced the range of hearing aids available from a number of manufacturers, as well as the various styles from which I might select. She then explained the hearing aid and audiological follow-up services that she provided. The general appearance of the office and examining areas was clean, organized, and featured large computer monitors that facilitated a comfortable and comprehensive review and discussion of my specific hearing loss and how it could be addressed. Contemplating hearing aides is a major life style change, one I thought warranted a second opinion, and I both benefited from and appreciated the second consult, as well. However, Dr. Kincaid and her staff, the location and appearance of this practice, and how well it seemed outfitted with current technology made enough of a favorable impression that I chose to go with this specific facility. As an armed forces veteran, I'm also appreciative of Jennifer going the extra mile to meet the cost and service that other audiology offices offered. I highly recommend this hearing practice, and I have since offered Jennifer's professional assisted hearing services to other friends dealing with hearing loss issues in one form or another. I'm currently getting used to the life style change of wearing hearing aides, and I'm looking forward to an improved hearing experience for years to come.

I had a complete audio exam and they were able to identify my hearing loss. The tests were quick and painless. At the end of the exam I received a detailed briefing on what's going on with my ears. Then we went over options and the next step I'll need to take. They have a very kind and knowledgeable staff who is be happy to work with again.

First time visit and was treated as if I were Dr. Kincaid’s friend. She took the time to listen and give thorough answers to all my questions. I’m interested in cochlear implants, and I feel the doctor will be a real asset on my journey to have them implemented and to have me hearing on a much better level. I currently wear hearing aids which I bought from another audiologist, and Dr. Kincaid took the time to adjust them and now they are better sounding than ever. I’m looking forward to our further appointments along the road to cochlear implants and much better hearing.

The VA has been closed due to COVID and my dad, A WWII vet's hearing My dad cannot hear without his hearing aides. I called Audiology Associates and explained the situation. The suggested I bring his hearing aides to them. Because of COVID they came out to my car to get the hearing aides. I got a call not even 15 minutes later saying they were able to fix my dad's hearing aid. I was so grateful. Audiology Associates were friendly and professional. My dad was not a client but it didn't matter. I highly recommend them!
