Dr. Jennifer Kincaid earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Philosophy in Audiology from James Madison University.
Dr. Kincaid is licensed to practice audiology in Maryland, and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also a Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management through the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and an active member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), the Maryland Academy of Audiology (MAA), and ASHA. She previously served as the President of the MAA from 2024-2025, during which time she supported legislative efforts that broadened the scope of Audiology Practice to include ordering imaging and non-radiographic studies.
During her doctoral studies, Dr. Kincaid completed clinical internships at the University of Virginia Medical Center, the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center, and a private otolaryngology clinic in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Her doctoral dissertation focused on cochlear dead regions and frequency compression hearing aid technology.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Dr. Kincaid joined the Audiology Associates, Inc. team in 2016. Prior to that, she provided audiologic services at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and at Hearing HealthCare, Inc. in Rockville, Maryland.
Dr. Kincaid practices at the Ellicott City office, where she provides comprehensive hearing care for patients of all ages. Her clinical services include pediatric, adult, and geriatric audiologic evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, tinnitus management, cerumen removal, and the fitting of custom hearing protection. Dr. Kincaid is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care and enjoys helping each individual achieve their best hearing and communication outcomes.
As the Director of Audiology, Dr. Kincaid assists with day-to-day practice management and supports all office locations to ensure operations run smoothly. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration among providers and staff to maintain the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Kincaid enjoys traveling with her husband, son, and dog, reading, cheering on the Washington Commanders, and spending time outdoors—especially hiking.
