Jessica earned her B.A. in communication sciences and disorders with a minor in Spanish from Saint Louis University and her clinical doctorate in audiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She completed her audiology externship at Georgetown University Hospital. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Additionally, Dr. Kreidler has a Washington, D.C. audiology license, an ASHA CCC-A qualification, and is an American Board of Audiology Certificate Holder - Tinnitus Management. She is also an ASHA, AAA, ADA, and Maryland Academy of Audiology (MAA) member.
Jessica has practiced audiology for the past five years, with her initial role at a HearUSA Clinic in Virginia. She joined Audiology Associates, Inc. in July 2021.
In addition to her role at AAI, Jessica serves as an outplacement supervisor for local and national clinical audiology programs and has mentored over seven students in the past four years. She also currently serves on a working group for the American Board of Audiology's Certification in Vestibular Audiology. She previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland in the fall of 2024.
Jessica’s other notable contributions to the audiology world include serving as the sponsorship coordinator for the 2024 Maryland Academy of Audiology Convention and serving as the president of the University of Maryland's Chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology from 2017 to 2018.
Jessica’s clinical specialties include tinnitus assessment and management, electrophysiologic assessment, vestibular assessment and treatment, hearing protection, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys going to the theater and restaurants, reading, listening to music, and spending time with her wife and dog.
