Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jessica Kreidler is an experienced audiologist who specializes in comprehensive hearing and balance care, including tinnitus management, vestibular evaluation, hearing device fitting and verification, electrophysiologic testing, and cochlear implant services. She provides patient-centered, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a minor in Spanish, from Saint Louis University. She went on to complete her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree at the University of Maryland, where she received advanced clinical training at sites including The Kennedy Krieger Institute, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Kreidler is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is certified in tinnitus management (CH-TM), and is board certified in vestibular audiology (C-VAM) through the American Board of Audiology.
Since joining Audiology Associates in July 2021, Dr. Kreidler has served as both a clinician and a committed advocate for audiology education and professional development. She previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and actively mentors Audiology Doctoral students from local and national universities, providing hands-on clinical supervision and guidance as they transition into the field.
In addition to her clinical and mentorship roles, Dr. Kreidler supports audiology initiatives beyond the exam room. She has participated in national working groups, including one focused on developing vestibular certification standards through the American Board of Audiology, helping to shape the future of best practices in balance assessment and care. She has helped organize state-level continuing education events, served in leadership roles for student and professional audiology organizations, and continues to collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and patients on efforts that advance clinical training, public awareness, and access to hearing and balance healthcare.
Her approach to care is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and clear communication. She strives to build strong, trusting relationships with her patients by listening carefully to their concerns and goals and by delivering thoughtful, customized treatment plans.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Kreidler enjoys theater, live music, reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her wife and their dog.
