Dr. Mikayla Abrams Griffin

Dr. Mikayla Abrams Griffin earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Maryland, College Park.

She is licensed to practice audiology in Maryland and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Abrams Griffin is also a Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management (CH-TM) through the American Board of Audiology (ABA) and an active member of the Maryland Academy of Audiology (MAA), the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), and ASHA. She served as a member-at-large on the MAA board from 2018 to 2021.

With seven years of clinical experience, Dr. Abrams Griffin specializes in the diagnosis and management of auditory disorders, including hearing loss and tinnitus. Her clinical interests include hearing aids and tinnitus management. At Audiology Associates, Inc.’s Wilkens office, she provides audiologic evaluations for patients of all ages, cerumen management, newborn hearing screenings, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and custom hearing protection.

Dr. Abrams Griffin is dedicated to delivering care that combines the latest clinical research with practical solutions, ensuring patients feel confident and supported in managing their hearing health.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new destinations.
